For 15 degree bends:
15 degrees over a 50mm length: tan 15 = opposite / 50. opposite = tan15 * 50 = 13.595mm = 13.6mm
Draw centerline and 6.8mm either side (= 2x 7.5 degrees for 15 degrees total).
For calculating the horizontal roof bar angle with uprights (coming in at a 15 degrees angle):
Cut uprights and horizontal roof bar at 52.5 degrees each for 105 degrees total. If we subtract the 15 degrees of the uprights this comes down to a perfect 90 degrees.
